Why I went public
I needed to get things off my chest
Over the years I've noticed that not many seem to just speak clearly about mental health. There's a lot of text out there written by the mental health professionals that have lots of letters after their names, but I couldn't relate to any of it.
So, during my own mental health challenges I started to write my thoughts down to get it off my chest, and one day I decided to make them public for others to see.
These are my own experiences written in my own words (rather than references to a heap of scientific theories). I hope that others find my ramblings either helpful, relatable or perhaps just insightful.
I'm proud of my blogs and if I can help at least one other person by telling my story then I honestly couldn't be happier.
