They say that when you start to write that it'll just come naturally. Whoever "they" are aren't too far from the truth.
I've been writing bits and bobs in private for a while now, but I've never made my articles/stories/whatevs (that focus on mental health, mainly my own mental health journey) available for others to read because I figured no one would read them. Deep down I thought "only cool, witty, interesting types write blogs", so I've kept my collection of Word documents to myself.
So I've decided to have a go at publishing them online to see how it goes. I hope that people will either be able to help people have a better understanding and awareness of mental health but also to help those who might be on their own mental health roller coaster and find reading my ramblings useful in some way.
